Overview

If for any reason you need to pause or cancel your subscription to any ChargeLogic app, you can do so simply by revisiting the ChargeLogic Licensing Setup.

1. From the Assisted Setup, select ChargeLogic Licensing Setup, navigate through the wizard using the next arrow until you get to the License Management Screen, and choose the Manage Licensing Action on the ChargeLogic App product line you wish to cancel or pause:

2. Click the drop-down on the Edit Subscription menu, select Cancel Subscription, Next.

3. You will be presented with a summary of the app billing. After you have reviewed it, select Finish.

4. You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the subscription, select Yes.

5. You will then land back on the Licensing Setup Wizard scene, please note that the subscription status will not be reflected here until you click Next and Finish the Wizard.

6. After you have completed the Wizard, you will now see the Action has changed to Purchase. You can return here anytime to resume your app subscription.
